Interested candidates meeting above eligibility criteria and willing to work under above mention salary may submit Application Form in the prescribed proforma directly at National Health Mission Office, Ernakulam on or before 11 AM; 24.04.2023 along with Photostat copies of Mark lists & certificates to prove age, qualification, experience.
